vista beta 2 aero glass not working

i have a perfectly compatible system for vista, with 1gb ram, wddm graphics card 2ghz system
but i can't get glass to work. i tried checking the box, then clicking ok, but nothing happens.
id appreciate help

how many megs is that card?
needs to be a newer generation, and at least 128 meg

Run the vista upgrade advisor, It will tell you if it is supported. It needs 64mb video memory, pixel shader 2.0, direct x 9 support, and wddm drivers. -- Robert Firth

I have a capable system too, but I don't get Aero. You said something about checking a box - what box? Is there somewhere to turn Aero on?
